The idea behind the establishment of KCH Consumer Healthcare was informed by the rapid growth of the holding company as well as the need to integrate its long term plans which included among others, the establishment of a world-class pharmaceutical enterprise.

KCH Consumer Healthcare Limited is a 100% Nigerian-owned Limited Liability Company duly incorporated at the Corporate Affairs Commission and registered by the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria.We have registered over 75 brands of drug products with the national agency for food and drug administration (NAFDAC)

In abiding with that fate, KCH acquired Pharmamax Nigeria Limited, a fledgling pharmaceutical company based in Lagos and Pharmatimes Ltd, an influential international health newspaper in 2014, to facilitate the process of building a one-stop pharmaceutical conglomerate in Africa.

Also, in line with the company’s slow market penetration strategy, KCH is in the process of establishing an ECOWAS compliant GMP Plant in Lagos.
